Works with Information Delivery team members to provide analysis needed to support the business in making decisions related to healthcare cost and quality improvement.

Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the corporation to support department, division and BCBST corporate goals and objectives
- Work with team leaders to organize and execute multiple projects in an accurate and timely manner
- Under supervision, gain business domain knowledge and adjust communication style to relate results to various types of business owners across the company
- Under supervision, develop metrics, execute research designs and reports using business rules and requirements provided by business owners
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Master’s Degree with no work experience
Experience
- 2 years – Experience in analytics, reporting and data utilizing industry-standard tools
SkillsCertifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of basic statistics and algebra required
Job Specific Requirements:
Experience with Tableau and SAS preferred
