BLEND Hiring for (2) National Media Buyer Lead (Hybrid) Full Time

We are assisting one of our clients to find 2 media-buying professionals looking to bump up to the next level either as a Lead or Manager. The openings for National Media Buyer Lead AND Manager are to add on because of the growth of their teams. This is a hybrid role in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is a permanent, direct-hire role to interview now to start in Jan 2023!
Who You Are: Agency media buyer with minimum 4 years of experience and some leadership this is for you! You are flexible and can modify your approach based on marketplace conditions and the evolving needs of your clients, utilizing your experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
This is a very collaborative, successful team that loves to support each other, have fun together and grow their teammates to higher levels from within.

Required Details:
4+ years of relevant agency/buying experience, , video investment, programmatic, digital etc
Bachelors degree
Has strong relationships with media vendors

Leadership with mentoring a team of junior buyers/associates
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge relationships with clients
A team player who can prioritize and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Solid written/verbal skills
Ability to interact with key top management
