Summary

Maintain all aspects of the plant human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance, time and labor, consult with plant leadership, human resources reporting, performance management, team member relations and team member development.

Essential Functions

• Support the recruiting, staffing, onboarding and training functions for the facility.
• Help oversee the time and labor system to ensure team member compliance and reporting.
• Ensure that all human resources standards are consistently met including, but not limited to; safety, cleanliness, security, confidentiality, accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, etc.
• Facilitate team member relations coaching with leaders and team members to facilitate proper business outcomes.
• Counsel with facility leaders to facilitate consistent policy implementation.
• Conduct workplace investigations in a timely manner to resolve issues and mitigate risk.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, and Credentials

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prior human resources experience
• Understanding of Human Resources regulations
• Microsoft Excel experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years human resources experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1-3 recruiting experience preferred
