Practice Overview

Our client is a privately owned Audiology practice serving South Charlotte, North Carolina. What You’ll Be Working On

• Set the tone for teamwork by being an exceptional leader, courteous and respectful to our patients and team
• Ensure the highest standards of patient service are delivered with timely, courteous, and above all, warm & friendly communications across all channels
• Partner with the Practice Owner in managing operations daily to establish priorities, strategies, and policies to drive success
• Optimizes provider schedules to meet weekly and monthly goals by supervising schedule efficiency and by utilizing a waitlist to move patients up on the schedule
• Supports Specialists and Audiologists to assist patients more efficiently with questions
• Oversees ordering of hearing devices, tracking repairs, and carrying out treatment plans per patient needs
• Innovate, develop, and streamline processes for practice growth
• Oversees revenue cycle including insurance filing and reimbursement, as well as accounts receivable management
• Coordination of software and service updates and changes to optimize practice efficiency
• Support with recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of staff
• Daily and weekly check-ins with the team to keep projects accountable and on time

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business Management or a related discipline is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or management role in a healthcare practice is required
• Experience in managing an ENT clinic with Audiologist, Otolaryngolists and Allergy is preferred
• Experience in managing revenue cycles
• Strong organizational skills with experience in creating systems and processes
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Effective at prioritizing and carrying out tasks
