Bennett Graphic Signs Hiring for Sign Designer Job at Pleasanton, CA Full Time

Bennett Graphic Signs is a small business in Pleasanton but growing quickly. We have a small, tight knit group and looking for a talented designer to join our team. Experience in the signage industry is preferred and knowledge of sign construction, substrates, digital printing and build processes will be helpful.

Must haves:

– Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw, Photoshop and Acrobat, as well as MS Office suite, Outlook, Excel, etc. (we use PCs)

– Positive attitude, creative ideas and critical thinking. We are looking for a team member who can contribute their experience, input and ideas to a more successful workflow, product and process.

– Flexibility and willingness to pitch-in as-needed. If we get caught up on designs, working to help with vinyl cutting, digital printing, project management, etc.

– Good clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

This position will be a combination of new sign designs, construction / shop drawing submittals and production file preparation. We build signs of all sizes and types, from ADA braille room signs and building directories to monuments, pylons and illuminated channel letters so an understanding of this variety of elements will be helpful.
