Onsite HR Generalist for Senior Living Community – Belmont Village La Jolla

You will be an integral part of the management team helping to establish and maintain these best in class standards. In this role you will support approximately a large hourly, entry-level employee workforce with the support of the Regional Director of Human Resources and a corporate human resources department.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the HR Generalist, you will be the on-site HR professional in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. You will work closely with other department managers, front line employees and a Regional HR Director. Your responsibilities will include payroll, full cycle recruitment, employee relations, workers compensation, ensuring consistent compliance of personnel policies, & meeting regulatory compliance standards in addition to various administrative functions.
