This position will be responsible for full cycle sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening candidates. The Human Resources Recruiter will also develop, track and provide metrics on all aspects of the recruiting and on-boarding process and ensure that these processes are an appropriate reflection of the company’s culture and core values. This position will identify and maintain a pipeline of potential future candidates.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business preferred, and two years of experience in full cycle recruitment, or any similar combination of education and experience. Recruiting experience in manufacturing, distribution, sales environments preferred.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong Excel. Experience using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing spreadsheets, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
