Are you an experienced Auto Glass Installer looking for consistent work, strong earning potential, and a steady flow of vehicles?

We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Installer / Windshield Technician to support five busy dealership locations, including Mazda, Ford, Kia, and Hyundai stores throughout the Valley.

With more than 200 windshield replacements per month between internal reconditioning and retail customers, you’ll have the opportunity to stay productive and maximize your income.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace windshields, door glass, quarter glass, and back glass
• Repair chips and cracks using resin injection techniques
• Remove and reinstall moldings, trim pieces, wipers, sensors, clips, and related components
• Perform ADAS camera recalibrations following windshield replacement
• Inspect vehicles for rust, pinch weld damage, and installation concerns
• Apply urethane and weather seals to ensure proper fitment and leak-free installations
• Travel between dealership locations as needed
• Maintain manufacturer and safety standards on all installations and repairs
• Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Auto Glass Installer or Windshield Technician required
• Experience with windshield replacement and automotive glass repair procedures
• Familiarity with ADAS recalibration processes preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• AGSC or NGA certification is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
