Description:
In this position you will perform general patient access and registration duties in “EPIC”, such as, answer telephones, make appointments, process referrals, maintain provider templates and appointment schedules, verify patient demographics and insurance coverage. This position will be primarily supporting their Specialty department.

Possibility for Remote work based on performance and business needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of customer service experience, (high end ie Nordstrom’s/Marriott) 1 year call center experience preferred. Excellent Communication and Service service skills. Quick thinker, willing to adapt, strong stress management skills Computer savvy

Work Environment:
Monday – Friday: 8-5pm schedule; could be asked to move to an augment schedule between the hours of 7am-8pm

High volume call center for Patient Access Rep.- call center environment located in the Renton Appointing Center. training will be 1 week in classroom training, 2 week “nesting” taking calls with a mentor present to assist .Wil be working in Flu Vaccine Appointment Call Center

Mass Transit accessible with bus and Amtrak lines. Parking free and onsite

Newer building within the last year with bike rooms, cafe stands, yoga and work out rooms (closed during COVID)
