Handling inbound calls for the credit card department from current customers who have a credit card with the company
Answers calls and questions on specific transactions, general questions and some confidential information
Great customer service with high level attention to detail to identify fraudulent activity
Entering information accurately
Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 80-100 calls a day depending on complexity.
Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
THIS IS 100% ON-SITE IN THE NORTH PHOENIX AREA!!! (Just North of where the 101 & I-17 Intersect)
MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY MONDAY-SUNDAY
Will be assigned a schedule between 11:00AM – 2:30AM (8 hour shift!)
