The Resource Manager (RM) is responsible for identifying internal technical resources at the right cost, right time and for the right work. RM is responsible for effectively managing staffing requirements within Service Level Agreements.

• Accurate resource assignments, scheduling and availability management
• Internal resource searching capabilities
• Capacity and demand management
• Optimizing utilization goals
• Effective time management and prioritization
• Identify demand vs capacity gaps
• Develop relationships and set expectations with the internal stakeholders
• Identify and solution staffing escalations
