Assurance Pest Solutions is a local full service Pest Control and Wildlife removal company. We are searching for an Office Assistant/Customer Service representative to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. We offer Health Insurance from date of hire, Dental insurance within 90 days, 401k with company match, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist management staff in ways that optimize procedures
• Receive incoming calls from customers regarding their accounts
• Scheduling services with customers on the phone and through email
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner between office and field service technicians
• Monitor level of stock/supplies, equipment and inventory
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Billing and payroll tasks
• Fielding incoming sales/leads and customer inquiries/requests

Skills

• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
