Job Title: Associate Project Manager – Pre-Construction
Department: Retail Development
Reports To: Senior Project Manager, Pre-Construction
Location: Hybrid x4 days a week out of Los Angeles HQ
The Role: The Pre-Construction Associate Project Manager supports the early phases of Reformation’s store development pipeline, helping bridge the gap between Real Estate, Design, and Construction. This person assists with site due diligence, feasibility packages, vendor coordination and procurement, and budget tracking to ensure every new store and renovation project is set up for success.
This role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager, Pre-Construction and works closely with cross-functional partners in Retail Development, Creative, Real Estate, Retail and Finance.

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $60,000 – $85,000 annually, plus 5% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
