Working with a faith-based, private NCAA DI institution located in Nashville, TN and competing in the Atlantic Sun Conference, the Associate/Assistant A.D. for Revenue Generation & Fan Experience is a high-impact strategic leader responsible for both the department’s financial growth and the end-to-end fan journey at venues and events.
Reporting directly to the A.D., this position owns both the revenue-generation process & the game-day “product,” ensuring alignment among marketing, ticketing & the game-day atmosphere to drive attendance and maximize income across all Athletics Department categories. Primary responsibility for strategy and execution of NIL/Rev share strategies, ticket sales, corporate partnerships, premium sales, special event revenue opportunities, and ancillary income streams.
This role provides direct supervision of ticketing operations and Marketing & Promotions in order to ensure an excellent fan experience at all Lipscomb sporting events.
The position will be filled as an Associate or Assistant level A.D. based on experience and scope of duties.
Primary Job Responsibilities
The Assistant/Associate AD for Revenue Generation & Fan Experience is responsible for the strategic development and execution of all initiatives designed to increase departmental revenue and enhance the spectator experience. By controlling both the sales strategy and the in-venue production, this role ensures a seamless fan experience that converts engagement into long-term loyalty and measurable financial results.
