We are a growing, fun, fast-paced Home Care Agency looking for an A-Player who is a highly efficient, motivated, self-directed, resourceful, results-oriented person with a sense of humor and thick skin. This person will be the Lead Care Coordinator and the right hand to our Owner/Administrator.
We want a full-time, long-term, ROCKSTAR who can provide support to the Owner of our company and be a team leader as well as a team player. Qualified applicant must enjoy learning, being stretched to grow, and will ultimately be an integral part of all our operations.
Here is a short list of must-haves that you should possess to apply for this position:
1. Be Extraordinarily Organized. – You must have the ability to constantly establish and maintain organizational systems. You will steer compliance for all agency requirements and handle incoming phone calls. You must be able to handle and manage a chaotic schedule, as well as follow up regularly with our clients, Care Team, and referral sources. You will need to organize and keep track of goals and planning, as well as gather information for responses and decisions from our Owner.
2. Have Excellent & Professional Communication Skills. – You must be able to respond professionally in person and on the phone to our clients, potential clients, referral sources, and Care Team staff. You will need the ability to write effective emails, help create training presentations, as well as handle sensitive information with tact and good judgment, even in chaotic environments.
3. Be Highly Attentive, Proactive, & Resourceful. – You must be alert and anticipate the needs of our clients, our owner, and our Care Team. Examples of this would be: ensuring that communication tools, PPE, and Care Plan information are supplied. You will be trained to conduct necessary Supervisory visits.

Hours: M-F 8:30 – 5, plus On-Call rotation as assigned.
