The successful candidate should be able to install, configure and maintain PKI applications. Works closely with the PKI Administrator on the creation and maintenance of documentation in support of key generation ceremonies and root key life cycle events. Assist with the administration of enterprise-level CA’s and validation systems. Monitor PKI components to ensure proper functionally.
What you will be doing
Ensure integrity of Root key material.
Organize PKI documentation in compliance with audit scope
Install and maintain CA applications.
Provide third level support for customer support.
Assist with the evaluation of new products and emerging technologies.
Remain current with technology and industry/market trends
Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and testing plans to ensure redundancy and recoverability.
Work closely with System Administrators to oversee the development / implementation /changes related to CA applications.
Responsible for documenting application configurations
Assist in maintaining a quality assurance review process of key life cycle events and ceremonies.
What we are looking for
1+ years in the IT Security and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) domain
Degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
Familiarity with the functionality required from Certifying Authorities and in the capabilities of various products such as Certificate Servers, etc.
Experience with identity-management, web-applications, OS-integration, network-security
Experience with document-signing, form-signing, data-protection, etc.
Experience with CA services, including CA’s, CRL’s, LDAP, and OCSP
Experience with web server certificate installations for SSL/TLS
Familiarity with all aspects of Certificate life cycle events
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiarity with scripting languages
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
Candidate must agree to, and successfully pass a comprehensive background check to include:
Financial review (credit worthiness);
Civil review (public records, judgments, liens, etc.);
Criminal background check; and
Drug screening, where applicable
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
