Chief Marketing Officer:
Aspen Digital Marketing is looking for an organized, experienced, and eager full-time Digital Media Buyer who is able to manage client-level and in-house paid marketing strategy and implementation. This partially client-facing position will require working with a small team of media buying and client-success specialists to ensure that effective paid ad strategies are developed for each effort, ad account and campaign setups are completed accurately, and all campaigns are continually optimized and maintained.
Qualified applicants should have at least 3 years of experience as a digital media buyer, plus 1+ years of experience with client success. A strong understanding of marketing strategies and current trends on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Google is a must.
Aspen Digital Marketing is a Digital Marketing Agency based in Aspen, Colorado. We provide Media Buying, Creative Content Design, Data Acquisition, Coaching, and other Strategic Marketing-related services to businesses and consumers throughout the US. We are a tight-knit yet internationally-dispersed group that is quickly scaling- handling over 120 clients in a variety of industries.
Applicant Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Design, Analytics, or related field
– 3+ years of Experience with media buying on FB/IG, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
-Strong communication skills
-1+ years of Client Success Management related to marketing/advertising
-Strong organization and project management skills
Position Duties:
– Work with a team of 3-10 Media Buying and Client Success Specialists
– 1-on-1 Client Meetings
– Strategic campaign planning
– Client check-ins, updates, & general FAQs
– Ad Account reviews and reporting
– Ad account optimization and maintenance
– Audience building and advanced targeting
– Ongoing professional development and training
– Interdepartmental communication
– Troubleshoot technical issues with clients
– Basic coaching of clients
– Create instructional videos and tech solution walkthroughs
– Attribution and Client Journey tracking
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, and Google paid ad management and best practices implementation
– Ability to work with a small team (3-6 members)
– Strategic Planning for Marketing
– Market, industry, and competitor research
– Google Ads and Facebook Certifications
– Previously ran or managed small business B2C ad campaigns
Compensation and Salary:
Compensation for this remote position (full or part-time) is between $18-25/hr and is dependent on experience and qualifications.
