As our SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER & WEB DESIGNER, you are wholly responsible for creating and managing the company’s brand image while developing all branded marketing materials and training content, both online and offline.

This is a dynamic, demanding, and multifaceted role in a lightning-FAST work environment. Proactive, PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PRECISION WITH DETAIL are a must! You must also possess high emotional intelligence and the ability to lead up, motivate and inspire growth.

HOW YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED

To be successful in this results-based role as the SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER & WEB DESIGNER, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a dotted line to the Marketing Manager, you will:

GOAL #1: Help the company meet its sales goals and increase revenue by utilizing proven graphic design techniques that drive higher conversion rates both online and offline.

GOAL #2: Ensure the company stands out in the marketplace and attracts its ideal clients by maintaining brand standards across all channels and platforms; being creative and innovative; and maintaining a high degree of excellence and accuracy in all materials we put into the world.

GOAL #3: Increase efficiency by improving and streamlining the project management and creation of all branded materials by exhibiting strong project management/organizational skills; leveraging systems thinking; utilizing the latest and greatest online tools (like Canva, etc.); and self-reviewing your own work for accuracy and completeness.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The company operates with a “Team Approach” and fully expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company goals and objectives. Therefore, the tasks below are not an exhaustive list.

• Maintain company’s brand guidelines across all channels, platforms, team members, and design projects.
• Design all digital marketing assets, including email marketing graphics, .gifs, social media graphics, reels, infographics, social media headers, landing pages, pop-ups, and sales pages, and websites from which we sell or programs. (Ex. www.BoldHausGroove.com).
• Design all training content, including PowerPoint presentations; employee training workbooks and worksheets; proprietary models, frameworks, and other IP, etc.
• Design all print marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, postcards, business cards, one sheets, client welcome boxes, letterhead, holiday cards, etc.
• Basic video editing, including videos for blogs, YouTube, speaking engagements, etc., as well as reels for TikTok and Instagram. Edit training videos for posting to our Learning Management System.
• Manage outside vendors to ensure end products delivered meet the company’s business needs/requirements, are competitively priced, delivered on time, and with high accuracy/quality, including photographers, videographers, printers, A/V companies, etc.
• Manage the sourcing, purchase, design, and delivery of all marketing signage, pop-ups, wall and floor clings, trade show exhibits, etc., as well as branded swag items, such as mugs, t-shirts, pens, tote bags, and the branded boxes they are shipped in, etc.
• Project manage our company’s annual conference and client retreats from a branding, content, and audio-visual perspective, including designing and producing all signage, content, staging, exhibit areas, and managing all outside vendors related to event production, such as signage companies, A/V, etc.
• Maintain the company’s online Learning Management System (LMS) from a design and content perspective (hosted in WordPress-based system).
• Maintain the company’s websites and social media platforms from a design, branding, content update, and functionality perspective (i.e. monthly review to ensure links work, etc.).
• Manage specially assigned projects by the CEO and CFO/COO.
• Serve as a backup to other members of the team when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years prior experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required.
• Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Creative Cloud, and Canva.
• CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• WordPress, LeadPages, HTML email marketing.
• Highly proficient with Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and twitter.
• SaaS-based tools such as OptinMonster, etc.
• Experience in one of the following industries is ideal, but not required for the right individual: training, online marketing, coaching, consulting and/or personal development, or other B2B or corporate environments.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
• Ability to interface well with all clients, prospects, and team members, and to represent the company in a highly professional manner at all times.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, solve problems on your own, and make sound decisions.
• Great organizational, time management, and project management skills with strong initiative and an enthusiastic attention to detail and accuracy.
• EXTREMELY proactive, motivated, and performance-driven.
• Flexible schedule that would allow travel, car trips to Fort Lauderdale and Miami, and be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• All client events, trainings, conferences, etc. are mandatory and usually require weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, especially), Google Drive, CRM systems, etc.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
The ability to work from home on many days, but during training we would meet at office space in South Florida daily. Masks may be required.
