What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Director of ESG Operations, you are responsible for the development, enhancement, and interdisciplinary coordination of enterprise Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy. You will lead the coordination, communication, and analytical work required to execute Arrow’s goals and integrate enhanced and sustainable practices into Arrow’s business. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, you will further Arrow’s efforts towards the long-term interests to the Company and shareholders.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$145,800.00 – $261,250.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
