Job Overview:

ArchPoint Creative is looking to hire a talented and motivated Digital/Social Media Coordinator that will assist in the daily functions to best serve our internal and external accounts. The coordinator will assist the Creative Team and Brand Leader Team by fulfilling day to day responsibilities for the quickly growing Digital/Social Media Team.

Background Requirements:

6 months – 1 year in digital marketing and management of social calendars.

Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitter.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build creative briefs that provide the creative team with a background, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for digital/ social media focused projects, such as content creation for campaign development, organic social, and newsletter content.
• Collaborate and assist the Brand Leader Team to achieve client goals and tasks within the digital/ social media capabilities.
• Strategize, and develop a monthly content calendar to include posting dates, and concepts for respective clients utilizing the HeyOrca platform.
• Coordinate with the producer to execute strategized concepts and content following monthly IR – this may include assisting in photoshoots when producer is not present.
• Proofread, schedule, and publish content created by the Creative Team in HeyOrca platform while providing copywriting support on captions.
• Make necessary updates to content on HeyOrca after review from Brand Leader Team and/ or clients.
• Maintain consistent Community Management for respective clients on social media platforms (i.e. respond to comments, messages, etc.).
• Compile data and insights to be analyzed for use in social media ing through Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite and other platform analytics.
• Assist in strategy, management, and tracking of Paid Partnership Influencer Marketing campaigns for brands.
• Assist in keeping the ArchPoint Creative team up to date by conducting research on the latest digital marketing trends.
• Continuously build skill set with an individual development plan that includes training and opportunity for personal growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $44,000.00 per year
