Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Appointment Setter (outside of the US). The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments and managing leads. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, and ensuring seamless appointment processes to support our bathroom remodeling team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (Fluent)
• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a remote, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in sales, scheduling, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Familiarity with basic CRM software is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
