Apparel Graphic Designer
Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year

About the Role
Reason Brand Inc., a contemporary streetwear label, is seeking a talented and motivated Apparel Graphic Designer to join our New York design team. The ideal candidate is a passionate creative who lives and breathes street-wear culture, understands current design and market trends, and has strong technical experience developing garments from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed tech packs and design specifications for production with overseas factories.
- Manage product development from initial concept through final delivery.
- Review samples, provide fit and construction feedback, and communicate adjustments clearly to vendors.
- Collaborate with licensing partners on creative submissions, approvals, and design alignment.
- Maintain and update design files, submissions, and production tracking documents.
- Support the design and production teams with daily coordination and communication.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic or apparel design, ideally within streetwear or casualwear.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong familiarity with Mac/Apple systems.
- Experience working with overseas factories (a major plus).
- Background in licensed product design preferred.
- Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for streetwear fashion, design, and emerging trends.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site full-time.
