I’ll keep this brief—I’ve spent 25+ years in apparel leadership- across merchandising, selling, costing/sourcing, financing and hands-on account management with key retail buyers, DMMs, and GMMs.
I helped scale a business from roughly $5M to $114M in about eight years, working closely with a team of 125+ and a sales force of 39 (both internal and external).
During that growth, my focus was always the same—building volume while tightening costs and ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably, behind the scenes, including involvement in acquisitions and licensing initiatives. I am glad to tell you that in my 22 years as leading the company I had just one year’s loss (it occurred during the banking meltdown).
I’m now looking to join a team where I can make an impact early on—hands-on, bringing practical, proven approaches to both revenue growth and cost control with a cadre of initiatives that are quite exciting.
I’m flexible on structure and compensation for the right fit.
