Job Description:

Patient centric position, focused on making our patient’s feel their best and giving them the confidence they need to live their best lives. The Injector is responsible for guiding our injectable patients through every step of their journey. Our goal is to ensure every patient interaction exceeds expectations and creates a positive and memorable experience, taking them from potential patients to our very own brand ambassadors. Starting with the new patient consultation and a full face assessment. This is where we build relationships and ask the right questions to discover their areas of concern and how we can meet their goals. Offering our patients the most effective treatments through confidently recommending the best injectable treatments, cross selling other applicable skin and body treatments, and recommending the best home care products, will result in both an extraordinary experience and the best possible results. Position responsibilities also include:

• Perform all pre and post injection photos including Reveal photos. Dedicated Photography Room.
• Inject all Allergan and Galderma products and manage all aspects of the injectable business, which includes:
• Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, Kysse, Refine, and QWO
• Self-manage Outreach Program and Follow up on all consultations by working directly with our Outreach Manager
• Ability to meet or exceed all monthly sales metrics goals.
• Social Media Video requirements according to Social Medial Calendar and Content
• Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills
• Inventory and maintenance of clinical supplies

Skills and Experience:

• REQUIRED: Experience: 1-2 years Aesthetic Injectables Experience, preferably under direct MD supervision
• REQUIRED: 1-2 years Sales Experience. Injectables Consultations and close of sale are done by our RNs
• REQUIRED: Current RN Licensure in Colorado
• Organized and detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Educational Level: Minimum Associate’s Degree, Prefer Bachelor’s degree (BSN)
• Knowledge and Experience with Skin Care and Laser Treatments a plus.
