Andy Lewis Hobson is looking for a Best in Class Service Technician for the long term, whether you’re a seasoned technician or new to the trade we want you to join our team! Due to our expansive growth, we are looking for HVAC Service Technicians in the Metro Atlanta, North Fulton, Marietta, Cherokee, Gwinnett, and Forsyth areas. Workdays are Monday through Friday with rotating weekends as needed. Company vehicle, phone, tablet, and uniforms are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, and other related in-home, service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and options sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
