The Senior Director/Vice President of Talent Retention & Employee Engagement will design and implement recruitment and retention strategies for our organization. The person in this role will assist in the design and execution of a retention strategy to assist the organization in retaining our workforce in a high-turnover industry. This role will help ensure our company performs better than the industry’s average on retention. The Senior Director/Vice President of Talent Retention & Employee Engagement will work with operational and executive leaders to make positive changes in support of a culture of development and retention. This position will partner with the Director of Recruitment and other HR colleagues to drive sustainable changes across the organization on leading practices in retention and engagement.
American Health Partners is a post-acute healthcare provider headquartered in Franklin, TN that operates divisions in several states in the Southeast and Midwest. We also strategically partner with other entities to provide healthcare services to our members, patients, and residents.
