This position is responsible for the administration of plant human resources activities for all hourly, non-exempt positions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, conducting employee orientations and training & development. This position will also specifically assist with supervisory development and building an employer of choice culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Training and Development
Assist Human Resources Manager with other duties and tasks as required, including employee relations activities and services.
Education Required: Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or Psychology required. Bachelor’s preferred, SHRM certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $71,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
