ALT Systems, a national systems provider for the Media & Entertainment industry, is recruiting qualified applicants for a Managed Services position as a Live Event A/V Marcomm Producer. This is an onsite, full-time job supporting marketing communications events on behalf of a major Silicon Valley technology company that creates multi-platform content for apps, gaming, music, movies, and TV.

This position is responsible for effective planning and execution of live events, coordination of audio/visual presentation media, and hands-on delivery of marketing communications technical and workflow support as required across a corporate campus. You’ll be backed up by an experienced staff of ALT Systems engineers, technicians, and project managers dedicated to delivering world-class managed services on behalf of one of Silicon Valley’s biggest content creators.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a similar position, ideally as a live technology conference/trade event producer.
• Hands-on technical experience with Mac OS-based computers, record/playback systems, and Ethernet, Dante and Fibre Channel data networks.
• Expert knowledge of Blackmagic Design ATEM switchers, IP Cameras and control systems.
• Knowledge of Clearcomm systems and operation
• Knowledge of GrandMa lighting consoles
• Knowledge of Allen and Heath dLive audio consoles

Successful candidates also will have:

• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to successfully multi-task.
• Ability to effectively manage time and workload priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
• A BS degree in either CS/CE, Communications, or equivalent experience.

This is an exempt individual contributor position requiring the ability to sit, stand, speak, hear, see, operate a computer keyboard and mouse, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
