The HR / Accounting Manager assists in day to day finance operations as well as basic functions of recruiting and maintaining personnel files. They are primarily responsible for computing, recording, collecting, analyzing and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records of the financial operations of the hotel. They are additionally responsible for recruiting new talent to the organization as well as performing traditional HR roles such as recruiting, orientation, and processing of payroll.
