The emphasis of this position is on information technology controls, information security, and privacy. A significant proportion of the focus of this role wil be Sarbanes-Oxley testing. The auditor may additionally audit risk areas including corruption, promotion, privacy, and may assist legal in conducting investigations and assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing internal controls and remediating gaps
• Working with clients to evaluate information systems and business process controls
• Conducting risk assessments and IT technology control audits
• Testing various internal controls for security
• Ensuring the controls for businesses are being granted and terminated accordingly
• Advising on various gaps in IT infrastructure and security

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related area of study, strongly prefer accounting or information technology
• Previous SSAE 18 SOC1 or SOC2, and Sarbanes-Oxley Internal Control assessment (Section 404) experience preferred
• Recognize similarities and patterns in processes and information by using experience to analyze and understand controls, processes, and testing.
• Ability to synthesize information differentiating between relevant and irrelevant information and formulate adequate conclusions.
• Understands internal controls and the relevant testing procedures for those controls particularly in the context of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000
