Alegria Community Living is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home environment of their choice. Since 2009 Alegria’s mission has been to create and sustain high-quality community living services and supports which are stable, secure, and lasting.
The Recruiter is responsible for all areas of recruiting primarily of Direct Support Professionals, front line staff at Alegria providing support services to our clients, adults and seniors with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This will be achieved through collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to develop local recruiting plans utilizing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies and developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
