Hi, I am Alyssa London, the founder and CEO of AKL Coaching & Consulting and Culture Story.

This coaching business grew out of my experiences with public speaking, marketing, communications, public relations and being involved in media.

That led to coaching executives in these areas.

Now this is a growing communication coaching company, and we are seeking a Junior Coach.

In this role, you will:

1. Master coaching and driving life-changing results for our clients

2. Progress into Senior Coach/CSM team lead role over 1-2 years

Responsibilities

Coaching / Account Management

• Conduct 1:1 Zoom coaching calls and record Zoom videos
• Daily 1:1 coaching inside of Voxer to answer on-demand questions with a same-day response time
• Run group client coaching calls and record Zoom videos
• Answering client questions (we will teach you the ins and outs of our methodology)
• Must have real-world coaching/consulting experience (you must have personally mentored or coached other people to break through limiting beliefs, get unstuck, or achieve a transformational outcome)
• Must have high-level communication/interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude so we can put you in front of our six-figure and seven-figure clients and you can confidently answer their questions and guide their decisions.
• Have stellar attention to detail and be able to handle a full roster of clients who are at different stages. Every client should feel intimately connected to you and responding timely to each one should come really easy to you.
• Innovate our training program by identifying, creating and producing new video trainings/worksheets to deliver a world-class experience
• Actively participating in our Fulfillment Team and staying accountable to client results, ascensions, retention, renewals, etc.)
• Should be proficient or at least knowledgeable with our tech stack (Loom, Keap, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, Zoom, CRM, Gusto etc.)
• Project Management: You will be holding client’s accountable to their goals and managing time deadlines
• Responsible for daily REPORTING on multiple communication channels (Slack, text message, Voxer, spreadsheets, etc.,) and so a HIGH attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 20-30 minutes of reporting per client each day.

Background Required:

• You MUST have a strong working knowledge of public speaking, media training, mindset (growth, positivity, power of thoughts, manifestation) speech outlining and writing, executive communications, sales, marketing, building relationships, public relations
• Track record of goal setting and achievement
• Knowledge of or background in Native America and Alaska Native culture and business
• Understanding or desire to learn about coaching, and building coaching programs that deliver transformational outcomes
• Compelling personal narrative and superior academic achievement
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Sales / Upselling (not required):

• Renewals of existing 1:1 clients
• Strong comfort with sales conversations
• Backend/Mastermind Upselling
• Able to network and set up sales calls

Pay & Hours

• Base + Commission based on experience
• Start with hourly then can move to salary
• Benefits grow with time and commitment
