Aircon Air Freight, Inc is looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys working in a fast paced, high energy, environment with an exciting startup company in the logistics industry.

As a Sales Associate you’ll be responsible for researching new companies, qualifying potential customers via phone and email, and then setting follow up appointments to help progress the sales process. Then guiding these new customers through a smooth onboarding process. Supporting functions in marketing campaigns and regular posts via various media outlets.

Organized, cheerful, and personable, the best Sales Associate will be able to communicate with anyone in an organization from hourly desk level associates to CEO’s. Terrific qualities for being successful in this role are fearlessness, intuitive, curiosity, and excellent attention to detail.

Position: Full Time or Part Time

Location: DFW area. Hybrid office / WFH.

Salary: $15 – $20.00 hourly depending on experience. PPO Medical, Dental, Vision.

Responsibilities:

-Researching, creating, and consolidating of leads lists – Companies / Names / Contact Information

-Emailing and calling prospective customers

-Qualifying opportunities through conversation / questions

-Setting appointments for future meetings

-Managing communication cadences

-Following up on customer opportunities

-Guiding new customers through onboarding processes

-Support with Social Media postings & account maintenance

-Keep CRM data accurately updated

Required Behaviors and Skills:

-Dress and communicate professionally

-Proficiency in email management.

-Able to handle inbound / outbound communication via phone and email

-Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite: Excel, Word

(Powerpoint and Teams would be plus)

-Basic knowledge of Salesforce

-Familiar with LinkedIn (working knowledge)

(Other social media platforms would be a bonus)

-Punctual but flexible

Education / Experience:

-High School diploma / GED equivalent

-Some College or industry experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
