About the Role

Land Bridge Partners is seeking detail-oriented and independent Agricultural Verifiers to perform on-the-ground verification of agricultural commodities, machinery, equipment, soil sampling, and related assets. This role is field-heavy and involves traveling across specific geographies to conduct site visits, document findings, collect required information, and submit reports to clients in agriculture, finance, and insurance.

This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong agricultural background or a proven passion for building a career in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct verification of a wide range of agricultural assets, including commodities, equipment, storage, land, facilities, and related infrastructure.
• Perform soil sampling and other field-based data collection as assigned.
• Document verification work through written reports, photos, GPS data, digital forms, and supporting field notes.
• Verify conditions, quantities, locations, and client-specific requirements.
• Travel locally and regionally to complete assignments.
• Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the home office.
• Represent Land Bridge Partners professionally when working with producers, lenders, insurers, and other agricultural stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Agricultural background is required, whether through farm experience, agribusiness, crop scouting, ag lending, livestock, equipment, agronomy, ag education, or related field experience.
• Candidates without direct work experience must demonstrate a strong, proven passion for entering and building a career in agriculture.
• Familiarity with agricultural operations, farm management, crop production, equipment, grain storage, livestock, or soil sampling is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable communication and reporting skills.
• Comfortable using basic technology, including smartphone apps, GPS, photos, online forms, and digital reporting tools.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography.
• U.S. Citizen.

Employment Details

• W-2 hourly position with seasonal workload fluctuations.
• Gross Compensation: $30/hour for verification work and $21/hour for travel.
• Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.
• Work-related expenses are covered by the company.
