Job Description
Afternoon help for a first grader. Provide support and assistance to a first-grade student during afternoon hours. Assist with various educational activities and tasks as directed by the teacher. Foster a positive and nurturing environment for the student’s academic growth and development. Collaborate with the teacher to implement planned lessons and activities. Maintain a safe and organized learning space. Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation. Follow established school policies and procedures. Exhibit patience, empathy, and understanding towards the student. Proactively communicate with the teacher regarding any concerns or updates.
