Aerial Lift Operator – Industrial Cleaning & Overhead Maintenance Full Time

Schedule: Flexible Hours Required (Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Shifts as Needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lift Operator to support industrial cleaning and overhead maintenance projects in manufacturing and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both scissor lifts and boom lifts safely and efficiently while working at heights around machinery and overhead structures.

This role involves cleaning overhead areas using industrial vacuum systems, installing protective plastic sheeting on rafters and structures, and performing detailed cleaning in confined and active industrial spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts safely in industrial environments
• Perform overhead cleaning using industrial vacuum equipment
• Install plastic sheeting and containment materials on rafters and overhead structures
• Clean ceilings, beams, piping, ductwork, and other elevated structures
• Work safely in tight spaces and around active machinery and equipment
• Follow all OSHA regulations and site-specific safety procedures
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of lifts and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating aerial lifts in industrial or commercial environments
• Experience operating:
• Scissor lifts
• Boom lifts
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined or tight spaces
• Ability to work around industrial machinery safely
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• OSHA certification or aerial lift certification preferred

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be flexible and available to work:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends and overtime as needed

Preferred Skills

• Industrial cleaning experience
• Experience in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, or processing plants
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures
