What You Will Do:

• Greet and direct visitors, and employees to the right person or place and providing exceptional customer service
• Answer all phone calls in a professional manner and handling the front desk and all assigned duties
• In depth familiarity with the office layout and employees’ responsibilities
• Support the HR department as needed

Who You Are:

• Compassionate and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and think quickly under stressful situations
• Preferred previous experience working as an Administrative Receptionist/Concierge and/or supervisory role
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
• Display a desire to exceed expectations with every interaction
• Must have advanced Word/Excel
• Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination
