Small, but fast-growing international pet relocation company in Chicago is in search of a part-time Customer Coordinator to be primary coordinator out of the Atlanta area. This position will utilize excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services and external resources to provide effective customer service to our clients and outside service vendors. The job will start at about 30 to 40 hours a week and for the first 4 to 6 weeks will focus solely on creating pricing for potential customers, as well as helping with the phones–all of which help in your progress and learning. Upon satisfactory completion of training, and as customer-base grows, you will grow into a full-on coordinator, helping people with their personal pets by being their only point-of-contact. Occasionally, you will drive these dogs and cats to ATL airport for export, as well as import. This is a very rewarding–but sometimes demanding–role. The full coordinator position will become more of an independent position where you will work completely flexible hours, remotely, on a pay-per-transport basis, including bonuses for performance and customer-service excellence.
