We’re looking for someone to join our team as an IT Support Center Specialist who:
Responsible for supervision of IT staff and processes to ensure enterprise-level standard compliance and performance. Ensures the use/provision of standardized processes, build, implementation, documentation and support. Supervises the projects and work of analysts. Serves as a subject-matter expert in field. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
Oversees design and development process, ensuring that end product exceeds customer expectations. Monitors progress of the plan and proposes corrective action where indicated. Ensures programming and integration are completed according to established standards. Manages complex projects which typically involve multiple developers, users, and support staff. Develops and monitors measurements of process improvements, including those enabled by standardized workflows.
Ensures team maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units. Functions as a technical leader to develop and maintain software in a product team environment. Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
Manages staff by participating in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, promoting, and discharging staff as needed or directed, and conducting annual employee performance evaluations.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, health care, business or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
Master’s Degree: Preferred
Five years technical experience: Preferred
