The Advertising team is building a leading ads business to position Netflix as a premier platform for advertisers and drive revenue growth.
We’re hiring an Ads Revenue Accountant to partner with multiple cross-functional teams to support the scale and evolution of our ads business across pricing, incentives, order management, contract support, and advertiser/agency partnerships. This individual will look to solve complex revenue recognition and operational issues with groups such as Sales Ops, Ad Ops, Sales, Infrastructure Engineering, and Credit and Collections. You will be based in the US, but will work cross-functionally across many time zones with our US and international offices.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $140,000.00 – $210,000.00.
