The Implementation Team Lead (ITL) is the primary escalation point for all implementation issues. The ITL provides internal advisory-level consulting expertise to Implementation Specialists, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers and external support to clients on complex implementation processes and/or multi-product implementation projects. ITLs provide extensive product knowledge, problem resolution, troubleshooting and technical support of the implementation process. On complex projects, they may have a role in every stage of the process to ensure efficient project completion.
The ITL is the key internal project resource for ADP when rolling out new workforce management solutions, features and/or updates. An ITL is often assigned to a Center as the point person for all process-related, non-technical, and technical issues impacting the roll out.

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensation Range for this role is $47,900 – $111,300 / Year
