Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Data Entry Clerk, located in Lubbock, TX. The individual will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, managing administrative duties, and maintaining accurate and organized records. Daily responsibilities include managing communication, assisting with customer inquiries, entering and verifying data, and supporting the team with general administrative support. The role requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Skills in Administrative Assistance and Typing with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with common office software and data entry tools
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Experience in Customer Service with an emphasis on providing a positive client experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in administration or data entry are a plus
