As an academic leadership,coordinator, you will assist with calendar management, travel accommodations, event planning, and meeting follow-ups. In addition, you will also play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the academic division by offering reliable logistical and administrative support that keeps daily functions running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Track deadlines, priorities, and follow‐up tasks to support executive decision‐making

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for the mission and principles of UATX
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics, including scheduling, coordination of high‐level meetings, and event planning
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time‐management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
• An expert in diplomacy, comfortable being privy to and guarding sensitive information
• Values honesty and direct feedback to ensure UATX embodies its core tenets and lives up to its potential
