Good technicians are getting harder and harder to find these days. Yet it still amazes me how many good techs stay at a job where they are not happy. We know how valuable good technicians are to our business. We keep the drama out of the shop and focus on creating a productive environment where everybody treats each other with respect. A happy shop is a productive shop, right?

TOP PAY – Most all of our guys will make $70 – 125K this year. We offer a good salary plus a bonus program that ensures you get paid what you deserve.
GOOD ENVIRONMENT & TEAM ATMOSPHERE – We have a really good team that works together to help each other out. We aren’t interested in the tech that only worries about themself.
HEALTH INSURANCE – We cover 100% of your personal health insurance plan so you have good coverage when you need it.
VACATION PAY, PAID HOLIDAYS – We offer vacation pay that begins accumulating after the first year so when you want or need time off you can get paid. We have paid holidays off so you can be with your family.
RETIREMENT PLAN – We offer a retirement where we match up to 3% of your pay.
MONDAY – FRIDAY – We feel it’s important to work hard but having the weekends to enjoy life is just as important!
