A7 is an international Sportswear company that is family owned and operated and is looking to hire a skilled Graphic Designer for our operations. While we operate a small Team out of our Woodstock, Georgia, USA office we serve Customers in all areas of the globe and seek to find the right candidate fit for our growing Team.
A7, is an e-commerce international fitness brand that specializes in formulating products to benefit strength athletes. In 2015, A7 launched its first product, Bar Grip, a shirt that aids in frictional support during exercise. Each year A7 has continued to develop new and innovative products that are specifically designed for the enhancement of strength athletes in their sport.
We are currently looking to hire for the position of Graphic Designer in our company. This position would be responsible for the development of our graphic designs used on our apparel as well as graphic renderings of new products and other graphic projects involved in the company such as ones used in our marketing.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is capable of keeping tight timelines, advance planning on actionables, has professional experience managing the design needs of an organization, understands our customer base and how to best connect current trends in the marketplace to designs created.
This is a full-time salaried role with included health care and paid time off. This position will meet onsite at our Georgia Warehouse location Monday – Friday between 8AM and 5PM. We as a company also organize a winter break between Christmas and New Years that we as a company close down the website and arrange time for every Team Member to connect with family, friends and loved ones.

Responsibilities
Work closely with other Team Members and Distributors to ensure alignment design development.
Collaborate with external and internal operations along with executive management to organize designs.
Travel to multiple events each year to meet with Customers and grow the relationships further.
Work with external Team Members to develop new content for marketing opportunities.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and use information to develop design ideas according to market trends.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, advertising, or related field or similar experience required.
2+ years of experience in graphic design
An impressive creative portfolio that clearly shows knowledge and execution of good graphic design
Strong, polished aesthetic, meticulous sense of detail, and ability to create simple solutions to complex design challenges
Knowledge of layouts, grids, graphic fundamentals, proportion, perspective, composition, typography, color theory, print, and the web
High level of proficiency with industry standard Adobe CC applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to take creative direction, adapt on the fly, and offer solutions that drive to succeed
Experience/proficiency with the following tools is a plus: Shopify, Shipstation, Monday.com, Omnisend.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to learn other basic computer programs.
Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
Displays outstanding written and communication abilities. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
Must be flexible and responsive to a fast paced, high demand, evolving and changing business environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
Self-starter, energetic, positive attitude with enthusiasm to insure goals and objectives are achieved. Able to prioritize and handle multiple competing activities and interests simultaneously.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and a critical thinker, with excellent decision-making ability.
Solid leadership and Team oriented with a ‘Get it Done!’ attitude.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
