Schedule & Practice Model
Monday-Friday day shifts
No travel between sites
Weekdays and weekends shared equally among radiologists (approximately 1:4)
No call
Employed, nonprofit health system

Compensation & Incentives
Base salary range: $532,000 – $600,000
Onsite sign-on bonus: $100,000
Teleradiology sign-on bonus: $50,000
Productivity incentive: No cap
Quality, retention, and onsite incentives: Up to $40,000 additional
CME funds provided
Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, training, and market factors.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Eligible/Board Certified (or Canadian Board Certified) in Diagnostic Radiology
Eligible for unrestricted New York medical license

The client is a multi-specialty physician network employing more than 50 physicians and 20 advanced practice providers across 12 locations. Specialties include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women’s Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. Administrative and business support is provided by the local hospital, with major facilities in Fredonia and a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
