US Marketing Manager

Welcome to Sarelly, one of the fastest growing Latina beauty brands. Get ready to own how the brand shows up above in the US — building the Above The Line content engine, managing affiliates and creators, develop BTL programming and showstopping activations at retail and PR/Influencer events. You will make every channel shine and introduce our brand world to this new market.
THE ROLE
You’ll be the day-to-day architect of Sarelly’s U.S. brand presence. That means owning the annual marketing calendar, building ATL and BTL campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and mentoring your team of two coordinators. You will align with the Mexico creative team, and partner directly with the Wholesale and DTC leads so that brand storytelling connects all the way to shelf and cart. This is a builder role — take creative brand ideas into awareness driving actions, conversion systems, and best in class processes.

● Affiliate Program Coordinator
Manages affiliate relationships, creator output, TTS lives, and performance tracking across all platforms.
● Brand Social & Community Coordinator
Owns organic content calendar, community management, U.S. customer service, and paid content pipeline feeds.
