Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various functions (healthcare, finance, IT, operations, etc.).
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, Linkedin, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Craft and send compelling outreach messages to passive candidates, ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions across multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, niche boards, etc.).
Ensure job postings are optimized for search visibility (clear titles, salary ranges, location, etc.).
