You’ll Lead Efforts To

• Expand membership, strengthening engagement and retention
• Grow program participation through innovative, high-quality offerings aligned with community needs
• Deepen relationships with community partners, volunteers, and advisory boards
• Drive initiatives that increase access, connection, and long-term impact

What Success Looks Like

This is a performance-driven leadership role with clear expectations and meaningful outcomes.

Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Achieve and exceed Association scorecard targets, including membership growth, program revenue, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and operating margin
• Lead a ~$1.8M operation, meeting or surpassing revenue goals while maintaining strong financial performance
• Drive Annual Giving Campaign growth to expand access and community impact
• Build and sustain a high-performing leadership team
• Ensure operational excellence across all program areas, delivering safe, high-quality experiences
• Ultimately, success is measured not just in metrics—but in lives impacted, people served, and alignment with the YMCA’s mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
