You are expected to have a “scout’s eye” for talent across specialized verticals such as Chatting/Podcast, Fashion/Modeling, Acting, and Stand-up Comedy. This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, leveraging existing industry networks (Agencies/MCNs), and converting individual viral successes into a systematic growth engine for the platform.
Responsibilities
– Own the full lifecycle of creator network campaigns, including strategy design, planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis. Build scalable campaign frameworks tailored to creator networks, and continuously optimize performance through data-driven iteration.
– Define success metrics and build analytical frameworks to evaluate campaign and product performance. Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve monetization efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
– Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for key TikTok LIVE product features. Drive feature adoption and penetration across creator networks by designing structured rollout plans, educational programs, and incentive mechanisms. Partner closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure effective positioning and measurable adoption outcomes.
– Work closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams to align on priorities, translate business needs into actionable plans, and deliver against core business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
– Experience in monetization, growth, or campaign operations within live streaming or content platforms.
– Experience collaborating with Product teams to translate business needs into product features and drive adoption at scale.
– Strong ownership and problem-solving skills; able to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver results with speed and quality.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 – $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
